You are looking on the internet to save money on buying your next car, or obtain a prestige car quicker than the dealers can supply. We understand this and have worked very hard to secure deals with manufacturers to provide you this service.
While browsing our website, you might f ind we don't have one specific model to offer from stock. Please don't be put off by this, in many cases we can source to your requirements, so please do make an enquiry. We don't and we'll never spam you. Your details are safe with us and if you say no to a car, we know what 'no' means. We'll never do the 'hard sell' or make you feel pressured into buying a car. It's not our style. We leave that to the traditional dealers.
So, you'll need to make an enquiry with us. By going to our contact page, you will see a short form which will tell us the basics about what you're looking to buy. To make our job easier, within the 'Additional Info' box, it would be very helpful if you enter as much information about the car you require, for instance, if it's left or right hand drive, as we specialise in both, what specification you need, what your time scale is, your maximum budget and anything else you find relevant to your requirements.
Time Scale for New Cars
If you're seeking a brand new car, time scale can play a big role in your decision to purchase a car. Our philosophy is that you're making a large purchase, so why compromise on what you want? We think you should be able to buy what you want. If you're looking for a new car, we recommend you place a factory order with us, which will guarantee you get exactly the car you want.
Factory orders, depending on the car you want to buy, normally take around three months from the point of order. Some manufacturers can take longer, for example, Porsche, Ferrari, Aston Martin etc. With some models you could expect to wait up to 3 years! Of course, in that case, we will do our best to find you a car from stock. Of course, if you're not willing to wait for a factory order then we'll offer you cars from stock that are as close as possible to your requirements.
Time Scale for Pre-Owned Cars
Placing an order for a pre-owned car is also a simple process. Once you have let us know you're ready to place an order, we will double check that the car is still available. We will then issue an invoice from our supplier showing a breakdown of costs and the final price. Once the car has been paid for, depending on your choice of delivery options, your car will typically be with you within 7-14 days.
When ordering an American supplied car, we will make you aware of the delivery time which varies depending what US State it's coming from. Invariably from coastal areas it'll take 20-45 days to arrive at the UK Port. (We also ship to other locations around the World, please contact us for more information of delivery times)
Ordering Your New Car
When you have decided to buy your new car from Matt Cardy Specialist Cars, we follow a simple procedure in order to make life easier for you, our customer.
We shall confirm your details, Name, Address, Telephone number etc. in writing along with the exact details and specification of the car you wish to order. We will then email you an invoice for payment. For new car orders, we do require a deposit from you, which we shall make you aware of. In every case, you shall make all payments directly to us or our supplier whichever gives you peace of mind when dealing with us.
